Returns procedures available from Trading Card 24 7 to You

(the Supplier refers to Trading Cards 24 7 Limited)

(1) These Terms and Conditions should be read and actioned accordingly.

If you receive the Goods and they are:

(a) Defective

(b) Damaged

(c) Do not correspond to the description of the Goods You ordered or

(d) Simply Unsatisfied

then, subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace them or refund your payment, If you return the Goods to the Supplier within 10 days of receiving the Goods and you have also sent a Notice of Return or Notice of Cancellation to Trading Cards 24 7 as your supplier.

Important: You must comply with Notice of Return and/or Notice of Cancellation requirements to obtain a refund or replacement Goods from the Supplier.

(2) Defective Goods:

(a) Subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for Goods which on delivery to you are not of satisfactory quality (by which the Supplier means that they fail to meet the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking account of any description of the Goods, the price and all the other relevant circumstances).

(b) The Supplier will not replace or provide a refund for opened or used Goods because you decide You do not like them or their content.

(3) Damaged Goods:

Subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for Goods which on delivery to you are found to be physically damaged.

(4) Goods which do not correspond with the Goods You ordered.

If the Supplier has sent you the wrong Goods by mistake, then, subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for them.

(5) Unopened or Unused Goods

If you decide you do not want the Goods, then, provided they have not opened, any seals are still intact, and they have not been used by you for any purpose, then, subject to the terms set out below, the Supplier will replace or provide a refund for them.

(6) Communications

The Supplier will respond to and action any and all complaints, communication and notice from you.

(7) Time for returning the Goods to Trading Cards 24 7 Limited

In order to obtain a replacement or a refund, you must return your Goods to the Supplier within 10 days of the date of receiving the Goods. You must also comply with the Notice of Return and/or the Notice of Cancellation.

(8) Notice of Return

In order to obtain a replacement or a refund in accordance with this policy, you must send to Trading Cards 24 7 an e-mail within 7 days of receiving the Goods to cancel@tradingcards247.com a message stating

1. Your name
2. Your Item Reference Number
3. Your Invoice Number
4. Title of the missing Goods
5. Date of receiving the Date of Dispatch
6. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund (see Returns policy of the Supplier)
7. How you are returning the Goods

or you can telephone your Trading Cards 24 7 on 01530 835441.

Important: The notice must be received within 7 days of you receiving the Goods.

(9) Notice of Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order with the Supplier before you have received the Goods you will need to contact Trading Cards 24 7 who will act and respond to any/all complaints, communications and notices from you. You can send your notice of cancellation in the following way: -

ii) By telephone 01530 835441;
iii) By e-mail cancel@tradingcards247.com.

1. Why you are cancelling the Order with Trading Cards 24 7 Limited
2. Your name
3. Your Invoice Number
4. Title of the missing Goods
5. Date of receiving the Date of Despatch
6. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund (see Returns policy of the Supplier)
7. How you are returning the Goods

(10) Postage and Packing

You must pay the costs of returning the Goods to your Supplier. The goods will be at your risk until Trading Cards 24 7 receives them. You should return them to:

Important you must also comply with the Notice of Return

(11) Replacement

If you have requested replacement Goods, then Trading Cards 24 7 will use their best endeavours to provide one. If Trading Cards 24 7 cannot obtain a replacement, then Trading Cards 24 7 reserves the right to provide You with a refund or an alternative product of the same value instead.

(12) If you do not receive your Goods

If you do not receive your Goods within 10 days of receiving the Dispatch Notice from Trading Cards 24 7 if a UK customer with a UK delivery address or 30 days if an International customer with an International delivery address then e-mail sales@tradingcards247.com titled "Missing Goods" stating:

1. Your name
2. Your Invoice Number
3. Title of the missing Goods
4. Date of receiving the Date of Dispatch
5. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund (see Returns Policy of Supplier)

or, you can telephone your Trading Cards 24 7 on 01530 835441.

(13) Exclusion of Liability

(a) This Policy represents the full extent of the Suppliers liability to you in respect of defect in or damage to the Goods, and any loss, damage or expense, including any consequential loss or damage and loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods to you.

(b) The Supplier is not the manufacturer of any of the Goods. Accordingly it gives no warranty as to the fitness of the Goods for any particular purpose even though that purpose may be specified in the description of the Goods. You must satisfy yourself before purchasing that the Goods are fit for the purpose for which you intend to use them.

(c) The Supplier may assign to you any rights it may have against the manufacture in connection with the quality of the Goods, and any such rights will be taken in extinction of and in substitution for any rights which you would otherwise have had against the manufacturer.

(d) Any other liability on the part of the Supplier to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods, their quality or suitability for purpose, or arising out of or in connection with the Website, its contents and availability for access, or your use of it, or in relation to the quality or performance of the Suppliers service, whether such liability arises as a result of any express or implied term, statutory obligation, fiduciary relationship or otherwise (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any misrepresentation - whether deliberate, reckless, negligent or innocent - and any other act or omission or negligence), except in the case of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
